***Before making a reservation, please make sure you fully read and understand our terms and conditions. 

General: These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into between the company The Wander Center LLC and the client/customer renting the equipment. 

For the purposes of these terms:

• The Wander Center (TWC) shall mean the Rental Company, its owners and employees

• Renter shall mean Customers, guests/visitors of customers and/or employees

Payment 

​

We require 100% payment up front to secure a booking. A payment link will be sent to renter once availability is confirmed.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

 

61+ days before the event, renter may cancel their rental and receive a 75% refund or reschedule the rental for a date within 1 year of the original rental date for no additional fee. A voucher will be sent to renter if they reschedule.

 

15-60 days before the event, renter may cancel their rental and receive a 50% refund or reschedule the rental for a date within 1 year of the original rental date for no additional fee. A voucher will be sent to renter if they reschedule.

 

14 or less days before the event, cancellations will result in the loss of renter's entire payment. Renter may reschedule their rental for a date within 1 year of their original rental date for a $50 fee. A voucher will be sent to renter if they reschedule.

*Events may only be rescheduled once. Renter is required to make a new booking if rescheduling is needed more than once.

Damages

 

Renter is responsible for any damage to the items belonging to The Wander Center. Damage may include deep cleaning needs, repair (including labor) or the total replacement of the item(s) if the item cannot be restored or repaired.

Renter should promptly report/photograph any damages to the rented items upon discovery. TWC also keeps photographic documentation of damages. Once returned, items will be inspected within 2 business days and TWC will contact renter for any collections afterward. 

​

Renter agrees that the items will only be used at the address listed on contract, and only for the purpose for which it was intended and manufactured.​

Damages to Home

 

The Wander Center is not responsible for damages to renter's home or belongings. This may include damage to walls, floors, counters, etc.​

​

Items may leave behind particles such as glitter, shedding, etc.

​

Additional Fees ​

• If supplies are not ready when we arrive for pick up, there will be a fee of $50 plus the initial delivery fee for having to make a return trip. 

Liabilities To Third Parties

Renter is responsible for the use of the rented items and assumes complete responsibility for the safe operation and proper use of all rented items. Renter assumes all risks inherent to the operation and use of rented items, and agrees to assume the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnity and hold The Wander Center LLC harmless from and hereby release The Wander Center from, all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of the items, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or part from The Wander Center negligence, from the defective condition of the items, or any other cause.

Safety Guidelines

​

Renter acknowledges that rental items present many hazards. It is their responsibility to ensure adult supervision when necessary.

​

Common hazards include but are not limited to:

• Heavy objects

• Cords which present tripping or strangulation potentiality

• Sharp edges/glass/splinters

• Electrical dangers

 

Photography 

TWC may photograph setups and/or event participants for promotional media. Should renter disagree, TWC will refrain from photographing renter's event or abide by stipulations.
